You are solely responsible for the audio content you process using STEMWORKS. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to analyze, edit, and export the audio files you input into the Software.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any updates, modifications, and associated intellectual property, are and will remain the exclusive property of STEMWORKS and its creators.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
